We owe a great deal of gratitude for the freedoms we enjoy today to the Mighty Eighth Air Force who suffered over 26,000 casualties defending that freedom. Many of those sacrifices were from the valiant heroes of the 100th Bomb Group who flew 306 missions and lost 757 airmen earning them, the nickname “The Bloody Hundredth”. 
 
As losses began to mount for the heavy bombers of the Mighty 8th the need for fighter escorts, or as they were more affectionately known, “Little Friends” was evident, and superior fighter aircraft such as the P-51 Mustang and P-47 Thunderbolt helped contribute to the success of The Bloody Hundredth and all Mighty 8th Bombardment Groups by providing a defensive screen. 
 
Our Mighty Bomber & Little Friends 4-Pack is dedicated to honoring the legacy of “The Bloody Hundredth”, The Mighty Eighth, and the Little Friends that supported them. 
 
Each 4-Pack contains our Century Coffee, a licensed product of the 100th BG Foundation & our Mighty Eighth 80th Anniversary Coffee, surrounded by their Little Friends: Fifty-One Coffee & Forty-Seven Coffee. 
 
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Mighty Bomber & Little Friends 4-Pack supports the 100th Bomb Group Foundation as well as The National Museum of the Might Eighth Air Force.
