June 18, 1944, Sidney and Helen Graboyes married after Sidney completed his 25 missions as a radio operator with the 100thBG 351stSQ and returned to the United States.

On March 19, 1944, TSgt Sidney Graboyes received his recommendation for duty letter stating he had completed his 25 required missions operational tour of duty with the 8th Air Force, 100th Bombardment Group, 351st Squadron.
