SHIPPING

Our coffee is freshly roasted and packaged when you place your order. Please allow 48-72 hours from placing your order to it being shipped. For combined orders (coffee and apparel) an additional day may be required to fulfil your order. Our coffee is shipped directly from our roaster, while our apparel and accessories are shipped from our fulfillment center.  For combined orders expect them to arrive in separate packages.

All orders are shipped throughout Monday - Friday.

 

As a proud supporter of the US Military, we ship to APOs.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

• All non-consumable goods are dispatched from our fulfillment centre and may arrive before or after any coffee or tea products within the same order. Please note this does not affect the price paid at checkout for shipping and handling.

• We are unable to accept the return of any items that have been opened. We will only accept the return of an item if it is not what you have ordered. Any accessories such as mugs etc. if opened can only be returned if their is a fault with the item and The Warbird Coffee Co is made aware prior to the item being used.
